MANGA AND WALT DISNEY

 First manga anime:-
            
               The first manga was created in 20th century - After World War 2 , Osamu Tezuka become a cartoonist and he first released his first work Shintakarajima ( New Treasure Island) .1951 - Osamu Tezuka created the milestone manga, Tetsuwan Atom or Astro Boy.

MANGA COMIC :-                                  

           Origins. A millennium before Hokusai applied the term to a collection of his less serious works, there were "cartoonish" drawings to be found in Japan, but whether or not pictures drawn in such a style constitute manga is a tricky question.

Manga is much different from just having opposite coloring or method of reading – right to left instead of the traditional American way. It incorporates a vast amount of cultural references, generalizations, stereotypes, and ideologies. The most significant difference is that Manga tends to have one writer/ artist or one writer and artist instead of a team or changing artist/writer every month or week. In addition, the way Manga is drawn allows them to easily take the pictures and animate them far easier than comic book art. Unlike mainstream comic books, there is a huge variety of stuff. 

Moreover, Manga tends to be put out on a weekly basis, sometimes all together in a magazine. This is the reason why many websites have free manga stuff. In addition, Manga utilizes more episodic like chapters or issues than classic comic books. They tend to have everything lead toward a definite ending, plus a sequel or alternate endings, etc.

If you mean the difference as in shopping or advertising wise, Manga is a cultural phenomenon in Japan, maybe coming around the world. 

Very Successful Mangaka, the terminology for a Manga creator, tends to have a higher wage too I think. Here is a list of the top earning ones, which I think are much higher due to them earning stuff through a royalty system far better than America’s.

Unlike Comic books, you can find Manga specific stores almost in every large city, practically everywhere. In addition, Manga has better advertisement and merchandise marketing, in my opinion as of right now. It goes pass t-shirts and toys into food, medicine, etc.

Before I forget to mention this, your average comic book tends to be longer, takes longer to read. Manga heavily decompressed style includes several cliffhangers and what not. But don’t get me wrong, Comic books are usually much better decompressed.

First Disney movie:- 

                  In 1937, Disney created the first sound and color animated feature film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs . December 5, 1901 – December 15, 1966) was an American entrepreneur, cartoonist and film producer. He was a prominent figure within the American animation industry and throughout the world, and is regarded as a cultural icon, known for his influence and contributions to entertainment during the 20th century. As a Hollywood business mogul, he and his brother Roy O. Disney co-founded The Walt Disney Company.                                                      

Walt Disney Animation Studios:-

           

              Walt Disney animation studios,

headquartered  at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California is an American animation studio which creates animated feature films, short films, and television specials for The Walt Disney Company.

                    And the Walt Disney theme park was open in  October 1, 1971. the Walt Disney world resort is also know as Walt Disney world , is an entertainment complex in Bay Lake , Florida , near Kissimmee and orlando and is the flagship of Disney's worldwide corporate empire.

MARVEL:-

                 On august 31.2009 , The Walt Disney Company announced a deal to acquire Marvel Comics' parent corporation, Marvel Entertainment, for $4 billion or $4.2 billion, with Marvel shareholders to receive $30 and 0.745 Disney shares for each share of Marvel they own.

STAN LEE:-

                     is an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, media producer, television host, actor, and former president and chairman of Marvel Comics. In collaboration with several artists, including Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, he co-created Spider-Man, the Hulk, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man,Thor, the X-Men, and many other fictional characters, introducing complex, naturalistic characters and a thoroughly shared universe into superhero comic books. 

In addition, he headed the first major successful challenge to the industry's censorship organization, the Comics Code Authority, and forced it to reform its policies. Lee subsequently led the expansion of Marvel Comics from a small division of a publishing house to a large multimedia corporation.

He was inducted into the comic book industry's Will Eisner Award Hall of Fame in 1994 and the Jack Kirby Hall of Famein 1995. Lee received a National Medal of Arts in 2008.
